Florence

Rescued near the small town of Abong-Mbang in the east of Cameroon, Florence was only eight months old when she arrived at Ape Action Africa. She was very nervous at first and needed constant reassurance from her caregivers, rarely leaving their side. As Florence grows so does her confidence. She is becoming an energetic chimp with a fair bit of attitude!
